Bruce Distance Torpedo In-Line Leads

The BRUCE system makes it possible to change not only the weight but also the shape of the lead without the need for tying. When tying, you thread a rubber adapter on the fishing line, under which you then tie a roller swivel, preferably perforated with a diameter of 3 to 4 mm, which has the function of a stopper. You can then put one of the exchangeable weights of the BRUCE system on the adapter, which can be freely changed during fishing. On the other side of the swivel, you then tie the rig of your choice. If you want the swivel to adjust the pull-out resistance and thus fulfill the function of the first jam during engagement, choose a swivel with a diameter of 3.5 - 4 mm. With a larger diameter, you are not sure that the fish will tear the swivel from the adapter after the bite. The rubber adapter works partly as a shock absorber and at the same time protects the knot on the swivel. An anti-tangle tube can also be used in this system, which can be inserted into the upper end of the adapter. Each weight from the BRUCE system comes with one rubber adapter.
